sectors we support

health and wellbeing

We run successful contemplative listening and wellbeing programmes for the NHS, charities and community groups, integrating both online and in-person elements. This has included; a five-week contemplative arts for wellbeing programme for NHS staff, slow media and found sound workshops with young people recovering from mental ill-health, audio production of nature-connected workouts, field recording workshops with those experiencing homelessness, an NHS Silent Space, wellbeing soundwalks, community audio tours and online mindfulness programs.

nature and conservation

Working with partners we have delivered a variety of workshops, soundwalks, tours and music experiences to connect people with the natural world and encourage conservation efforts. This has included a woodland silent disco, nature connection meditations and tours, audio for outdoor exercise, dawn chorus recordings and a woodland soundwalks.

heritage

Sound can be a great way to bring stories to life, whether it's audio for virtual museum visits or tours bringing historical characters and places back to life. We have worked with a range of museums, often in partnership with the communities they serve, to produce a range of products including oral history recordings, music for storytelling and theatrical presentations. We have produced a range of audio tours that explore the soundscape and acoustics of historic buildings, the lives of people and communities, industrial heritage and links with the natural world.

with years of teaching and community arts experience, we feel quite at home working with young people in schools and colleges. We've supported the delivery of arts, music and media curricula, personal and social education and multi-disciplinary workshops programmes. With a focus on sound and listening, we can work with you to provide the depth and variety you need to support learning.

research and academic

with a strong interest in innovation and impact, we work with research bodies and university departments to further knowledge and training in sound, listening and wellbeing, specialising in contemplative sound art and wellbeing. We have contributed to academic presentations and conferences, community-focused research projects, commissions and undergraduate and postgraduate training.
